Аccount deletion

1. Об1. General Provisions

User contact information is entered into the system when a user account is created and can be changed or deleted.
When deleting a user account, data from sensors is not deleted from the Cloud, but only the user’s contact information is deleted: email address, phone number, first and last name.
Once an account is deleted, the user's contact information cannot be restored and is deleted.

2. Deleting an account through the mobile application
1. In the mobile application, go to the "settings" section;
2. Click the "delete account" button;
3. Confirm deletion by entering your password.

Once the deletion is confirmed, account deletion will begin and you will be taken to the account login screen..

3. Deleting an account through your personal account my.goodwan.ru
1. In your my.goodwan.ru personal account, go to the profile section: click on the email address in the upper right corner and then click “profile” or follow the link https://my.goodwan.ru/Account/Profile;
2. Click the "delete account" button;
3. Confirm deletion by entering your password.
Once the deletion is confirmed, account deletion will begin and you will be taken to the account login screen.
