🎯Implementation goals:
The main goal of the project was to compare classical and new digital control methods, minimize risks associated with the quality of monolithic works, and increase the overall efficiency of construction. Smart monitoring allowed not only to track concrete parameters in real time, but also to predict possible deviations from the set standards.
🔝🧠Technology:
The PropTech.SMC software and hardware complex includes digital sensors that are installed in concrete during the pouring stage. The data is collected by the logger modules and transmitted to the cloud software, where the builders received up-to-date information about the concrete condition online.
✍️ Results:
New digital methods have shown their effectiveness and ease of use. Direct control methods have confirmed the results obtained by the system. Thanks to constant monitoring, it was possible to avoid overheating and undercooling of concrete, the appearance of cracks.
